What pests are not handled by Couch's? Couch's does not handle problems with snakes, squirrels, raccoons, armadillos or moles. There are several wildlife trappers and/or full service lawn care companies in the Tampa area that handle these types of pests.

What does my termite warranty cover? Think of your warranty as an insurance policy against termite infestation. If you should have an issue with the contract-specific termites within the contract year, Couch's will determine the extent of the issue and re-treat at no additional cost to you. Included with your warranty coverage is an annual complimentary inspection of both the interior and exterior of the property covered. Just call our office or communicate via this website to request your inspection. Note: Couch's warranties do not include damage repair.
